In this months newsletter, we wanted to celebrate our people. Here at MJP Conveyancing, we pride ourselves on the service that we offer our clients, This is driven by every member of the team playing a vital role; by ensuring transactions are completed with the clients' best interests in mind. Here is what some of our team have done over the last few months.

MJP conveyancing are the proud winners of two prestigious ESTAS awards, this is the third year that we have won gold awards for best conveyancing business in East of England & Norfolk. Phil Spencer TV property expert and brand ambassador for the ESTAS once again presented MJP Conveyancing with these distinguished awards.

The criteria for these awards is based solely on feedback received from customers, who were asked several questions to show the level of service they received during their transaction, over 9000 customers took part in the survey providing 225,000 pieces of data.

David Pett one of the directors commented;

“Positive customer feedback is extremely important to us, and is the foundation for a successful business, we all work hard to achieve this, and although at times we may face challenges, it is also gratifying to receive. I would like to thank all my team for playing their part in achieving our goals to be outstanding.”

We would like to say a big congratulations to Ben Pett who has qualified as a solicitor, he will continue to lead the Purchase team, along with extra duties in the legal department. Well done Ben!

This month we have introduced our new initiative to recognise excellence in our team – Employee of the month which is voted for by everyone in the office. This month’s winner was Sophie, who has won a half days holiday.
