Phil Spencer presents MJP Conveyancing with the GOLD award for East of England Conveyancer of the Year at the prestigious ESTAS 2017
MJP Conveyancing has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.
At the prestigious ESTAS Conveyancing award ceremony in London last week, MJP Conveyancing were recognised for their consistent client-focused service by winning not one but two awards:- Gold award for best in the East of England, and also top award for Best in Norfolk.
These awards acknowledge the hard work, dedication and expertise of MJP and our staff in providing our clients with the highest standards of customer service.
What makes this win even more signification to MJP Conveyancing is that the award winners are selected based entirely on direct client feedback, of the 5000 surveys completed nearly 800 were from MJP clients which resulted in MJP Conveyancing receiving an overall score of 96%
As an online conveyancer, endorsement of this kind demonstrates that technology, transparency and an innovative attitude can be used to provide a more efficient and cheaper service, whilst retaining the personal and responsive approach one would expect of a traditional firm.
MJP Conveyancing’s Director David Pett said: “There is no better measure of how well we are doing with our service than to win not just one award but two which are based solely on client feedback. I would like to thank all of our clients for having faith in our service and for choosing a conveyancing provider driven by technology and complete transparency in everything it does. This has come at a time when the Government is looking to see what it can do to improve the conveyancing experience for clients and its reassuring that we are already receiving recognition for addressing a large area of the concern which features in the Government’s call for action. I see our service as a flagship for the type of service the Government is looking to encourage. It’s an amazing achievement and one which we are very proud to have attained”
