The 13th July was a momentous day for MJP Conveyancing as they scooped one of the most sought-after prizes at the Modern Law Awards in Liverpool – the Client Care Award.
Fighting off competition from some much larger and recognisable firms, the small, family-run business has done exceptionally well to win such a prestigious accolade and the success stands as testament to the hard work, dedication and expertise of our staff.
Online conveyancers have a bad – and in some cases justified – reputation within the industry for providing poor levels of client service and are often perceived to thrive simply by undercutting more traditional practices. To win this award is all the more important because it shows that technology and an innovative attitude can be used to provide a more efficient and cheaper service, whilst retaining the personal and responsive approach one would expect of a traditional firm.
MJP Conveyancing’s Director had this to say: “As a firm whose ethos is built around transparency and innovation, it is very pleasing to be recognised for providing excellent client care and we will continue to maintain the high levels of service our clients expect and deserve.”
Judged by some of the foremost figures in the property sector, the award is first formal recognition of excellence this year but, hopefully, it will not be the last. As well as being nominated for the Conveyancer of the Year (Midlands category) at the Modern Law Awards, MJP are also frontrunner to pick up Regional Conveyancer of the Year at the ESTAS in October.
