We are currently recruiting for the following positions:

Paralegal- Sales Team- Full Time:


We are looking to recruit a Paralegal within our busy Sales Team. This position will provide valuable experience in Conveyancing and would be ideal for someone looking to progress in the legal profession. Although not essential, candidates with a Law degree and keen interest in Conveyancing would be of particular interest. The ideal candidate will have some experience working in a busy, client focused environment and will have a high level of detail..

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Researching information and communicating with clients and others in person, on the phone, by letter or by email;
  • Using a computerised case management system to update clients and third parties
  • Taking instructions from clients;
  • Seeking to protect clients' interests at all times, while taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering;
  • Obtaining or checking Land Registry documents or title deeds (if the land is unregistered);
  • Drafting or checking sales contracts and agreeing terms with the conveyancer acting for the other party to the transaction;
  • Responding to enquiries
  • Collating and sending or checking supporting legal and financial documents;
  • Dealing with financial aspects of a transaction such as statements and payments to third parties.

The candidates will receive full on the job training.

Salary- £16,000 but may be negotiated depending on experience.


Legal Administrative Assistant


The role of the Legal Administrative Assistant is to provide support to teams in all aspects of the property transaction. Graduates are welcome to apply as well as administrators with no legal experience. We welcome applicants with a keen eye for detail and interest in technology.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing and storing documents sent by client’s such as Contracts, Mortgage Deeds and Title documents
  • Drafting legal documents
  • Answering the telephone
  • Responding to correspondence sent by our clients and third parties

The candidates will receive full on the job training.

Salary- £15,000-£16,000 pa
